IVANA JAVIER CUBA studied Law at the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM). She served as a teaching assistant for the course Gender and Law at UNMSM, and as a teaching associate in Special Labour Law and Labour Regime for Public Sector Workers at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP).
She currently works as a specialist in regulatory projects at the National Civil Service Authority (SERVIR). She has professional experience in various public administration bodies, including the Ministry of Labour and Employment Promotion and the Ministry of Education, among others, in areas related to public management and labour law (both individual and collective). Within the Peru team, she is responsible for analysing the legal aspects of digital platforms, including terms and conditions, judicial precedents, and labour regulations, with a gender perspective.
