JOSE MICHEL MATOS PEREZ studied Law at the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM). He was awarded teaching assistantships in Labour Law and Social Security Law at the same institution, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Labour Law and Social Security at the UNMSM Faculty of Law postgraduate programme.
He works as a legal analyst at the National Superintendence of Labour Inspection (SUNAFIL). His main areas of research include branches of Labour Law (individual and collective) and Administrative Law, particularly related to labour inspection and administrative sanctioning procedures. Within the Peru team, he is responsible for analysing the legal dimensions of digital platforms, such as terms and conditions, case law analysis, and labour regulations.
