Úrsula works as a research assistant for Fairwork Peru. She has a Bachelor of Law from the San Juan Bautista Private University.
Currently, she has worked in Labour Law, Administrative Litigation Law, Criminal Law and Alternative Means of Conflict Resolution in the Public Prosecutor’s Office. Likewise, in Corporate Legal Advice and Risk Prevention Procedures for the private sector.
For the Fairwork project, Úrsula will provide assistance to the principal investigator and coordinate with the fieldwork team. In addition to coordinating inter-institutional relations with the representatives of the platforms.
