Researcher

Rosita Zucaro is a researcher at the National Institute for Public Policy Analysis (INAPP), where, since 2022, she has coordinated the institutional research project “Smart working. Research paths for regulation, measurement and analysis. She holds a PhD in Human Capital Formation and Labour Market Relations and is a labour lawyer.

She is a co-creator of the University Master’s in Welfare Management at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. She is a member of the Italian Association of Labour Law and Social Security (AIDLASS) and of the Italian Association for the Study of Industrial Relations (AISRI).

Her research focuses on remote work, work-life balance, welfare, and anti-discrimination law.
