Said Khalil

Said Khalil is Project Officer and Lead Proposal Writer at the Phenix Center for Economic & Informatics Studies in Amman, where he led on project design, coordination, and proposal writing. His work includes preparing technical proposals for organizations such as FAO, Oxfam, ILO, UNFPA, Internews, UNRWA, Mercy Corps, NRC, DRC, DEval, AECID and ICNL; conducting interviews with industry leaders, and contributing to initiatives that advance workers’ rights and strengthen governance frameworks. He has also coordinated translations of reports, assessments, and policy papers, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance for diverse audiences.

Alongside project management, Said brings a decade of experience in public relations, with a proven track record in venture capital engagement, media pitching, and digital PR strategies. He has collaborated across cultures, designed and executed communication campaigns, and harnessed social media analytics to strengthen engagement and visibility.
