Saul holds a bachelor’s degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
After the death of fellow delivery worker José Manuel Matias Flores, Saul organised the #NiUnRepartidorMenos collective. The group supports, helps and guides the #Repartidores platform delivery workers. Together, they coordinate negotiations with officials from the federal and local government aiming for the regularisation of the platform economy in Mexico as well as attended to the emergencies of their colleagues with the support of local authorities. Ni Un Repartidor Menos is one of the founders of the Unidxs World Action Alliance, which brings together 56 organisations of platform workers in more than 36 countries.
