Silvia Donà

Researcher

Silvia Donà is a labour law researcher at INAPP in the Labour Market Department.

She holds a Ph.D in labour law from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.

She previously practiced labour law in several law firms.

She has been a researcher at the Fondazione Studi dei Consulenti del Lavoro (Foundation of Studies of Labour Consultants) and the Fondazione Consulenti per il Lavoro (Foundation of Labour Consultants).

She has been a lecturer on labour law in the orthopaedic techniques degree course at La Sapienza University of Rome.

Her main areas of research concern active labour policies and, in particular, the regulation of extracurricular internships and platform work, as well as the digitalisation of trade union rights.

She is a member of AIDLaSS, the Italian Association of Labour Law and Social Security.
