Teo Matković

Principal Investigator

Teo Matković is the Principal Investigator for Fairwork Croatia.

Teo is a scientific advisor at the Institute for Social Research in Zagreb, Croatia.  His research efforts gravitate towards exploration of inequalities, transitions and policies in the labour market and education systems. He has participated in projects and working groups organized by World Bank, UNICEF, UNDP, ETF, CEDEFOP and European commission.

With regard to the world of nonstandard employment, lately he has engaged with topics of career pathways and quality of work for recent graduates during the COVID-19 pandemic, among the temporary employed and in the ECEC sector in Croatia, as well as with access to adult learning upskilling pathways.
