Vivien Kühnen

Vivien Kühnen is a returning researcher on the Fairwork Jordan team, having previously contributed to the 2023 Fairwork Jordan ratings. She is involved in research matters and data analysis, working with the rest of the Fairwork Jordan team to assess the landscape of platform work in the country and rating it against the Fairwork principles. Her expertise spans labour economics, social policy, and health systems. Previously, she collaborated with the GIZ Jordan to promote employment for women, decent working conditions, and support employment formalisation. She worked as an International Economic Consultant for the ILO in Jordan, developing statistical profiles and evidence-based policy recommendations on youth employment. She also served as Project Coordinator and Research Assistant at Phenix Center in Jordan, where she coordinated the 2023 Fairwork Jordan international conference in collaboration with the Fairwork Team.
