Prof Wesley Rosslyn-Smith is an Associate Professor at the University of Pretoria, specialising in corporate strategy, turnaround management, and business analytics. He also lectures at the Gordon Institute for Business Science (GIBS). Holding a master’s in business rescue and a PhD in turnaround management from the University of Pretoria. As Director of the Centre for the Future of Work (CFoW), he leads research on employment in a digital society. He is part of the university’s digital transformation team and consults as a turnaround manager, bridging scholarly research and real-world business needs to benefit both academia and industry.
