Shining a light on hidden labour practices in AI supply chains.
Fairwork Audit Watch is a new public platform for workers, researchers, and insiders to share insights about labour practices across the global AI supply chain. From data annotation and content moderation to platform governance and deployment, the work behind AI is too often invisible, precarious, and unaccountable.
Audit Watch gives you the space to change that.
How it Works
Through Audit Watch, you can anonymously submit your experiences, concerns, or observations about working in AI-related roles. Submissions help Fairwork identify recurring risks, flag exploitative patterns, and hold companies accountable.
Who Can Submit?
Audit Watch is open to anyone with insight into AI supply chains, including:
Workers in data annotation, content moderation, or model evaluation
Current or former employees and contractors in AI supply chains
Researchers, unions, and civil society groups
Whistleblowers and concerned insiders
How Your Submission Will Be Used
We use your submission to:
Your report plays a vital role in pushing toward more just AI systems and in offering companies a path toward improvement, not just punishment.
Why Your Submission Matters
By sharing your experience, you’re contributing to a collective effort to surface hidden labour practices, pressure companies to improve conditions, and push for greater fairness and transparency in AI.
Together, we can build accountability into the future of work.
