Fairwork Chile 2025: Estándares laborales en la economía de plataformas

The fourth Fairwork Chile report corresponds to the year 2025. Eight transport and delivery platforms operating in the country were analysed: Cabify, Pedidos Ya, Didi, Uber, Uber Eats, inDrive, and Rappi, as well as one cleaning and care platform: Cronoshare. 

This interest in the domestic cleaning and care sector is part of a coordinated effort across Fairwork reports in eight Latin American countries, which were launched simultaneously at the end of January this year, including Chile, in order to analyse the expansion of platform work across different areas of the economy. It is important to highlight that this work has been made possible thanks to the support of the Internet Society Foundation.
