Treviliana Eka Putri is the Principal Investigator for the Fairwork project in Indonesia. She is a junior lecturer in the Department of International Relations and a researcher in the Center for Digital Society (CfDS) within the Faculty of Social and Political Science, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
She obtained her Master’s in International Security from the University of Sydney. Her research interests include cybersecurity, digital society, and data and digital governance.
For the Fairwork project, Trevi develops and leads the research strategy in Indonesia. This includes implementing the Fairwork principles within the Indonesian context, interviewing workers and platform executives, analysing the evidence and developing platforms’ scores, and disseminating the results.
