Khatia Dzamukashvili
Researcher
Khatia Dzamukashvili is a researcher and interviewer for Fairwork Georgia. She conducts interviews with respondents and conducts analyses of the gathered data.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, direction of International Relations from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. She was awarded a Master’s Degree in European Integration and Employment Relations by the Georgian American University. During her studies, she was a member of the Young Diplomats Club of Georgia.
Her master paper “Features of GIG Economics in Georgia and International Practice”, is focused on the working conditions of people engaged in the gig economy in Georgia. She worked on the paper for a year and, based on the research findings, tried to develop recommendations aimed at improving existing working conditions.
