Prof Dr Ariane Berthoin Antal is a co-investigator for Fairwork France. In this role, Ariane supports students in conducting research interviews (including designing and implementing training). She is also involved in conducting interviews, data analysis and report writing.
Ariane’s expertise is in the field of business and society, ranging from the problem of youth unemployment and the barriers to women in management, through to the potential for change generated by artistic interventions in organizations. She seeks to enhance the impact of her research by stimulating organizational learning and enhancing cross-cultural communication.
