Baraka is part of the Fairwork Kenya team. He is a certified lawyer and communications expert. He is also a lead project manager at Qhala and is currently obsessed with all things innovation. As such, he doubles up as an innovation lead at the company. This role has seen him create and run innovation challenges for corporates across Africa such as  Kenya  Airways and Stanbic  Bank  Zambia.

He has over 10 years of experience in various fields including consumer research and insights, financial technology, project management, broadcast media, event production and law with a focus on digital media, intellectual property and entertainment law.
