Chana Marie Garcia

Researcher

Chana Marie Garcia is a Researcher for the Fairwork Philippines team. She assists in data gathering and analysis as the team works with Filipino workers from digital labour platforms. 

Chana is a graduate student in Communication and Applied Media Studies at De La Salle University, Manila. Chana’s research interests include digital labour, women’s issues, and children’s rights in the Philippines, after having collaborated with various organisations in the development sector such as the UNHCR and the International Labour Organization.
