Christian Nedu Osakwe is a researcher for Fairwork Morocco. Chris assists the team with desk research, implementation of fieldwork strategies and analyses of primary data relative to platform rankings.
Christian has a PhD in Management and Economics with a specialisation in Marketing Management. He is currently carrying out Research and Teaching on the Faculty at the Department of Marketing & Strategy, Rabat Business School (RBS)- International University of Rabat, Morocco.
His research interests cover the marketing capability development of firms, (future) technology adoption, consumer behaviour, and more recently sharing economy and transformative service research. He has participated in research funded projects such as the Internal Grant Agency (IGA) of the Tomas Bata University in Zlin, Czech Republic, as well as Project Orbit Research, funded by the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) in tandem with industry stakeholders in the Republic of South Africa.
Chris has published in leading scientific journals in the business, marketing, and information technology fields (such as the Journal of Business Research, European Business Review, Journal of Retailing & Consumer Services, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, and Information Technology & People).

Beyond research and teaching commitments, Chris also sometimes works as a social commentator on issues surrounding mindsets, cultural transformation, education, and politics in his native country (Nigeria) and by extension continental Africa.
