Farah Galal
Team
Farah Galal joined Access to Knowledge for Development in March 2022 as a researcher. Her research interests include gender; civil, human, and digital rights; and socioeconomic justice.
Prior to joining A2K4D, Farah worked in the gender & human rights unit at the Egyptian Initiative for Personal Rights (EIPR). In the context of her work with EIPIR, Farah worked on several research projects and wrote reports on gender, and on sexual and reproductive health & rights. Additionally, she has also worked for the Nadim Foundation, where she led a research project on alternative cultural heritage narratives.
Farah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a minor in Economics from the American University in Cairo.
