Laura Clemencia Mantilla León is a Research Assistant for Fairwork Colombia and the Escuela de Ciencias Humanas at the Universidad del Rosario in Colombia.

Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Her research interests include development studies, education, technology, work conditions and gender.
