Meghashree Balaraj is a Research Assistant at Fairwork India. She holds a Master’s degree in Behavioral Science from Christ University, Bangalore and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Bangalore University, Karnataka. She works for a Bangalore-based start-up as the Head of Business Development. She enjoys learning about Behavioral Economics, Economic Growth and Income Inequality, Labour Economics, and Educational Research. She is currently on a career break from her long-term organisation to work with the Fairwork team.
