Pamela A. Custodio, PhD is a Co-Investigator for Fairwork Philippines. She is an Associate Professor at the College of Development Communication, University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB). She specialises in participatory communication and qualitative communication research. She has Masters and Doctoral degrees in Development Communication. She worked on various community-based and participatory research and extension in rural communities and has expanded her research interests to include emerging issues related to digital platforms.
