Participate in a survey about working conditions in BPOs

EN: Fairwork is a research project based at the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford and WZB Berlin Social Science Center. We study how new technologies are deployed in the workplace. Our goal is to promote better and fairer jobs.

We are currently conducting a survey on the working conditions in Business Process Outsourcing companies (BPOs). You will be asked questions related to pay, working conditions, contractual agreements, relations with company management and worker representation.

Participation is voluntary and will be kept strictly confidential. If you decide to participate in this survey, you will receive a sum of 80 MADS upon the successful completion of the survey. The money will be paid via PayPal or bank transfer to your account, whichever is preferred.

This research is funded by the Germany Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

FR: Participer à une enquête sur les conditions de travail dans les BPOs. 

Fairwork est un projet de recherche basé à Oxford Internet Institute, Université d’Oxford et au WZB Berlin Social Science Center. Nous étudions la manière dont les nouvelles technologies sont déployées sur le lieu de travail. Notre objectif est de promouvoir des emplois meilleurs et plus équitables. 

Nous menons actuellement une enquête sur les conditions de travail dans les entreprises d’externalisation des processus metiers (Business Process Outsourcing companies (BPOs)). Nous vous poserons des questions sur les salaires, les conditions de travail, les accords contractuels, les relations avec la direction de l’entreprise et la représentation des travailleurs. 

La participation est volontaire et restera strictement confidentielle. Si vous décidez de participer à cette enquête, vous recevrez une somme de 80 MADS lorsque vous aurez terminé l’enquête avec succès. La somme sera versée via PayPal ou par virement bancaire sur votre compte, selon votre préférence. 

Cette recherche est financée par l’Agence allemande pour la coopération internationale (Germany Agency for International Cooperation:GIZ) et commandée par le ministère fédéral allemand de la coopération économique et du développement (BMZ).
