Milena Franke is a Doctoral researcher for Fairwork Belgium.
Milena is a PhD candidate conducting research on digitalization and new forms of employment in Belgium. Her research focuses on worker control, worker orientations and working conditions. She works within the ERC AdG ResPecTMe “Resolving Precariousness: Advancing the Theory and Measurement of Precariousness Across the Paid/Unpaid Continuum” and within the FWO Project Precarious work in the online economy: A study on digital workers in Belgium and the Netherlands”.
For the Fairwork project, she is collecting qualitative data on a selected number of platforms in Belgium.
