Ana Chkareuli is a researcher and interviewer for Fairwork in Georgia. Ana collects, organises, analyses and interprets data and opinions to explore issues, solve problems, and predict trends.

She obtained her Master’s from the School of Law, Social Science and Diplomacy at Georgian American University. While working on her master’s thesis, she explored the reconsideration of traditional labour relations by the platform economy. Her research was about investigating the work motivation of people employed in the gig economy.
