Ashly Jiju

Research Assistant

Ashly works on evaluating companies against Fairwork’s principles and supports the development of an AI Certification scheme focused on labour rights and responsible AI. Her role includes designing research materials, conducting primary and secondary research, analysing data, contributing to publications, identifying potential funders, and assisting with project coordination. She also engages with external stakeholders and represents the team at meetings and events.
