Caroline has 7 years of experience in research processes, project management and reporting. With a multidisciplinary background, an undergraduate in Sociology and an MBA in Strategic Management, this unique path has provided her with first-hand experience in knowledge and insight generation. This has influenced her work in ways that foster learning, growth, and innovation through collaborative processes. She is well versed and possesses knowledge of inclusive co-creation and research process application of innovative tools to spur social change.
