Dinh Thi Chien
Researcher
Dinh Thi Chien is a researcher on the Fairwork Vietnam team.
She has been a lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in Vietnam, since 2004. Her field is labour and social insurance law and she holds a PhD in Economic Law, from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.
Her recent publications include:
- Regulating the relationship between technology drivers and platform companies (Author, Vietnamese Journal of Legal Sciences,2022),
- The wages and working conditions of ride-hailing motorbike drivers, social security rights of platform workers in Vietnam (Cooperator, funded by FES, The report has been copyedited).
