Do Hai Ha is a Principal Investigator for Fairwork Vietnam.
He is a research fellow at the Asian Law Centre, Law School, University of Melbourne.
Ha has co-written and solo-authored several pieces on legal change in transitional socialist Vietnam, including about workers’ rights. He is the first author of a soon-to-be-published report for FES Asia: Behind the Myth of ‘Business Partnerships’: Vulnerable Ride-hailing Workers in Urgent Need of Legal Protection in Vietnam.
