Eisha Afifi

Eisha Afifi recently graduated with a BA in Economics from the American University in Cairo. She has since joined the Access to Knowledge for Development Center as a Research Assistant, where she is part of the Fairwork Egypt team.

Her work at the center has allowed her to develop an interest in the gig economy, labour law, and unionisation. At the center, she works on several projects related to AI for development, the digital economy, and new forms of work.
