Frederick Pobee is a researcher with Fairwork Morocco. His tasks include desk research, platform and worker interviews, analysing interviews, and writing and publication of the report.
Frederick is a researcher at the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Pécs in Hungary. His research focuses on the impact of technology in providing novel products and services to local and international markets.
Frederick obtained his doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Pécs in Hungary and his MPhil in Information Systems from the University of Ghana Business School. His research teaches us how the use and adaptation of technologies impacts individuals, organisations, and society.
His current research interests include the Platform economy, Digital Innovation, e-commerce, and ICT for Development (ICT4D). Frederick has been published in journals such as the International Journal of Innovation and Technology Management, Management and Labour Studies, and International Journal of Strategic Decision Sciences, among others, as well as prestigious conferences such as Ferenc Farkas International Scientific Conference and International Conference on Business Innovation and Growth.
