Ilma Kurtović
Researcher
Ilma Kurtović is a researcher on Fairwork’s Bosnia and Herzegovina team. She is responsible for desk research and reviewing research as well as data collection procedures, interviewing workers and examining the working conditions of platforms.
Ilma holds master degree in pedagogy from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo. Her research interests include education, skills assessment and the labour market with a special emphasis on changes in business models such as crowdsourcing and working through digital platforms, as well as the skills required by such workers and the challenges they face.
She is also interested in data science has a wealth of experience in data collection procedures including coordination and monitoring of data collection processes.
