Joe is a labour researcher specialising in Southeast Asia. He is the author of Vietnamese Labour Militancy: Capital-labour antagonisms and self-organised struggles, published by Routledge. He holds a PhD in International Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in the UK.
