Kruskaya is a field organising specialist at the Solidarity Center, Mexico. She is a feminist researcher and activist, and a founder of the Platform Observatory (Observatorio de Plataformas).
Kruskaya has an MA in Gender Studies from the Central European University (CEU) and is a Senior Atlantic Fellow for Social and Economic Equity at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
