Maricarmen Sequera is a co-investigator for Fairwork Paraguay.
She is the Executive Director and co-founder of TEDIC.
Maricarmen works in the area of public policy and leads digital rights projects in the organization. She is a researcher in Human Rights and Technology and a lawyer from the National University of Asunción. She has postgraduate studies in Technopolitics and Cybersecurity at the University of Barcelona. She is also a candidate for a master’s degree in intellectual property for FLACSO University.
