Communications Manager

Simone Kadurira is the Communications Manager for the Fairwork project, where she leads strategic communications across global campaigns, partnerships, and research outputs.

Simone is based in Berlin and brings a background in feminist communications, research, and digital advocacy. She has worked with a range of global organisations including UN Women, UNFPA, Fondation Botnar, and Women First Digital, focusing on gender equality, youth engagement, and reproductive rights. Her work is grounded in an intersectional and inclusive approach to storytelling and knowledge-sharing, with a focus on making research accessible and impactful across diverse audiences.

She is also the founder of Vasikana Vedu, a nonprofit focused on menstrual health education and access in Zimbabwe, and the co-founder of Ubuntu Feminist Futures, a consulting collective advancing youth-led gender justice globally.

Simone is passionate about building communications strategies that center equity, visibility, and co-creation.
