Martin Gruber-Risak
Co-investigator
Martin Gruber-Risak is a Co-investigator for the Fairwork Project in Austria. Martin assists the Austrian team with reviewing employment contracts and platform terms and conditions.
He is an Associate Professor at the Department of Labour Law and Law of Social Security at the University of Vienna.
Based on his expertise on labour and social law Martin published numerous studies and articles on platform work and on possible regulatory approaches at the national and EU level.
