Massimo is a researcher on the Fairwork Italy team, engaged in realizing Fairwork’s Annual Report 2024, with reference to the qualitative and quantitative framework of labour platforms in Italy.
Massimo De Minicis is a researcher at Inapp (National Institute for the Analysis of Public Policies) in the Labour Market Department, where he supervises two research projects, titled “Platform work, and the crisis of wage labour” and “The trends in social shock absorbers evolution, an international analysis”. Massimo is also a PhD candidate in the DISSE (Department of Social and Economic Sciences) at the Sapienza University of Rome with a research project entitled “Analysis of the scientific organization of work and production realized by algorithmic management in the Lean Platforms in the Italian and Spanish context”.
