Najlae Zhani
Research Manager
Najlae Zhani is the local country manager and coordinator for all interviews and platform engagement in the major cities in Morocco. She is also responsible for organising stakeholder workshops and other forms of communication.
Najlae holds a PhD in Marketing from Mohammed V University and a Postdoc in Marketing from The University of Texas, Austin. She is the head of the Department for Marketing and Strategy at Rabat Business School.
Najlae’s research interests lie in experiential marketing, mobile marketing, firm strategic orientation, and consumer behaviour in the hospitality context. Her research has been published in journals such as the European Business Review and the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services.
