Olebogeng Selebi
Co-Principal Investigator
Dr. Olebogeng Selebi is a strategic communication expert and Deputy Director of the Centre for the Future of Work at the University of Pretoria. Her research focuses on flexible work, gender parity, and skills development in the evolving world of work. With a PhD in Communication Management, she has advised on stakeholder engagement, corporate communication, and future-fit education. She serves on the boards of Momentum FundsAtWork and GIBS and has extensive experience in business communication and reputation management. Passionate about research-driven solutions, she explores how communication strategies shape the future of work and workforce adaptability.
