Robbie Warin
Team
Robbie Warin is a Research Assistant at Fairwork.
His research interests centre around the nature of platform work and how technological systems intersect with and shape workers’ individual and collective sense of precarity, community and solidarity. Robbie is interested in how we can use alternative media to engage people within debates surrounding changes to contemporary labour markets and to involve workers in the co-creation of knowledge. He is a PhD student at Royal Holloway University and holds a Bsc and an Msc in Geography. He is the founder and editor of The Invisible Worker, a zine exploring precarious work.
For Fairwork Robbie is currently leading on the Fairwork Sex Work Project and the Fairwork Podcast.
