Rusudan Moseshvili

Rusudan is a member of the Fairwork team in Georgia.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Diplomacy and International Relations, and a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, both from the Georgian-American University.
During her bachelor’s degree, she worked on the following topic – “Georgian nationalism in the process of post-Soviet transformation”. For her master’s thesis, she researched the issue – “Obstacles to the establishment of social partnership in Georgia”. Currently, her research interests include decent working conditions and the enforcement of employer and employee labour rights in the gig economy workplace.
